Consent Policy
Last updated: 11 August 2026
This page explains the consent choices used by the Lodge website, particularly for enquiries and optional email communications.
Contact enquiries
When submitting the contact form, visitors are asked to confirm that their details may be used to respond to the enquiry. This is separate from any optional choice to receive future Lodge news or event updates.
Email communications
The optional Lodge news checkbox is not pre-selected. Where a visitor chooses it, the website records that choice with the enquiry so administrators can see whether consent was given before adding the person to the email list.
Withdrawing consent
A person who no longer wishes to receive optional Lodge emails can contact the Lodge and ask to be removed. Withdrawal does not affect communications that are necessary to respond to an existing enquiry.
Cookie consent
Visitors can choose essential website storage only or accept optional cookies. Optional services should be loaded only where the relevant consent has been given.
Administrative responsibility
Lodge administrators should only use personal information for the purpose for which it was supplied and should check the recorded consent before adding an enquiry contact to optional mailing communications.
Questions
Questions about consent or use of personal information can be sent through the Contact Us page.
